No! I believe that kids of any age and size can benefit from DMI and intensives. Depending on size, modifications may need to be made to exercises or avoided, or extra support may need to be provided to ensure safety to myself and the child.

Will I receive exercises to work on with my child after the intensive?
Yes! Home exercises are a crucial part of continued growth and gains even after the intensive is over. The final 45 minutes of each intensive will include going over a home exercise program including handling so that the caregiver feels comfortable.
